Q: How do I get Tickets?
A: Tickets are available at all Ticketmaster locations or call 615.255.9600 or online at ticketmaster.com.

Q: Where do I park?
A: The Gulch Development offers several parking options:
• First, three free paved lots for 200 cars are available within one block of City Hall:

• Directly behind our building off Pine Street Behind our building at the end of Pine Street (a portion of this lot is valet only)
• On the corner of 11th Avenue and Pine Street with the entrance next to Laurel House Apartments.
• DO NOT park in lots marked VALET ONLY or for neighboring businesses.

• Second, The Gulch offers street parking throughout the neighborhood
• Third, Free Valet Parking is always available during shows

Q: I’m supposed to be on the guestlist…
A: If you are supposed to be on a guestlist, be sure you know the name of the person who put you on the list. It is also a good idea to confirm your placement with that person 24 hours before the show. Valid ID is always required to obtain tickets or verify guestlist placement. We are not responsible for mistakes made by talent or promotional groups, but we will explore guests’ guestlist inquiries to the best of our ablility.

Q: When can I get in?
A: The door time for each show is listed on your ticket, our box office opens at 6pm on the day of shows.

Q: Can I get a seat?
A: Unless otherwise noted, all shows are standing room only with extremely limited seating. Occasionally, shows will offer “partial seating” or “theater style”.

Q: Can I go in and out?
A: Return privileges are granted for most shows.

Q: How old do I have to be to get in?
A: 18 for the show unless otherwise noted, 21 to drink always.

Q: Do you have an ATM?
A: Not yet, we’re working on it. The nearest ATM is inside the giant Exxon gas station on the corner of 12th Avenue South and Broadway.

Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: Yes.
